All Fool’s Chocolate Sheet Cake

Really Yummy!!!!

Mix together: 2 cups sugar

2 eggs

1 cup oil

3 ¼ cups flour

1 cup buttermilk

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp salt

½ cup cocoa powder

Dissolve 2 tsp soda in 1 cup boiling water. Add slowly to batter and beat until well mixed.

Pour into a sprayed sheet pan and bake at 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.

Immediately frost with:

Bring to a boil: ½ cup margarine

6 tbsp milk

3 tbsp cocoa powder

Add 4 ½ cups powdered sugar (or a one pound box) - I find that it takes about 5 cups of powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup of chopped walnuts, or pecans
